Intalayer is an operations platform for product-led companies. At the heart of every product-led company are the R&D teams (Product, Design, Engineering), surrounded by go-to-market (GTM) teams (Sales, Support, Success, Marketing). To drive growth; efficient data sharing, transparency and communication between these teams is essential, but this isn't happening. 63% of companies say there is NOT clear communication and collaboration between GTM teams and R&D teams.

Intalayer is the glue between GTM and R&D teams. We seamlessly integrate between the most popular tools used by these teams such as Zendesk, Jira and Salesforce. We utilise machine learning technology to automate processes and make transferring vital data easy. Our insights product guides decision making, creating alignment among teams and ultimately helping build better products and customer experiences

The Role

We are hiring an experienced content & community marketer to develop and execute our content & community strategy. By adding value to our target audience with informative and creative storytelling, you will make Intalayer content a key tool for; growing brand awareness, building our community, generating leads and increasing conversion. You will partner with Michael, the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer, to develop strategies, concepts and initiatives, then you'll work with creative freedom to produce and distribute content across our website, community and marketing channels.

This is an exciting role as you'll help to build the brand and the business alongside the founding team. You'll use your strategic thinking, creativity and project management skills to carve out a new topic space for Intalayer to own.
